 That difficulty with lying is that they subconscious mind acts automatically and independently of our verbal lie,so our body language gives us away.this is why most of the people are caughted while telling lie, people who tell lie rarely are caughted easily. Even though they are telling the lie convincingly. The moment they begin to lie, the body sends out conflict signals and these give us a feeling that they are not telling the truth. While telling the lie, the subconscious mind in sends out nervous energy that appears as a gesture that can conflict what the person said. Some people whose jobs involved lying, such as politicians, lawyers have refined the body gestures to the point where it is difficult to see the lie. Peoples sinks in it.
