The tremendous power of suggestion Your conscious mind works as a "watchman at the gate". One of its most crucial functions is to protect your subconscious mind from the false impression. The reason this is so important your subconscious mind is very sensitive to suggestions. As you know, your subconscious mind does not make comparisons or contrast. It does not reason and thinks things out for itself. This later function belongs to your conscious mind. your subconscious mind simply reacts to the impression given to it by your conscious mind. You cannot choose a different course of action. It merely takes what it is given.
The suggestion is a tremendously powerful force. 

SAME SUGGESTION BUT DIFFERENT REACTION

 . It is important to know about different people will react and different ways to the same suggestion. This is because they have different subconscious conditioning or beliefs. suppose, you are not well dressed up, you just know that. If someone comes near you and tells you that you are not looking so good. This suggestion will surely make you more dump. The same suggestion is given to someone if they do not take it seriously and did not look sad about the suggestion then they are not worried about the suggestion because they know about themselves. That they are so beautiful or looking good. Your discussion had no power over him, therefore it is called self-confidence. If you see in a dictionary it will tell you the meaning of suggestion that suggestion is the at or instance of putting something into one's mind. It is the mental process by which a city thought or idea that has been suggested is entertained, accepted, or put into effect. Remember a suggestion cannot impose itself on the subconscious mind against the will of the conscious mind. If someone throws a suggestion on you the conscious mind has the right to reject it or accept it. All of us have our own inner fears, believes, opinions. These inner assumptions rule and govern our lives. A suggestion has no power in and of itself until the fact is accepted by you mentally. When it is accepted by you mentally at this point only the subconscious power begins to act according to the nature of the suggestion. Remember your subconscious mind does not understand it as a joke. It takes you at your word.
 HOW AUTO-SUGGESTION BANISHES FEAR 
The term auto-suggestion means suggesting something definite and specific to oneself,. Like any tool, wrongly if it has been used it will harm you but used properly it can be extremely helpful. For instance,, agar was a talented young singer. She was invited to try out for an important role in a production. She desperately want to audition, but you were also terribly apprehensive. Three times before, she sung for directors, she had failed miserably. She had fear of failure. Even though she has a wonderful voice, but she had been saying to herself" when the time comes for me to sing, I will sound awful. I will never get the role. They Won't like me. Table wonder how I have the nerve even to try out. I will go, but I know it will be a failure". By saying these kinds of words to her, the subconscious mind accepted these negatives autosuggestion as a request. I proceeded to manifest them and bring them into her experience. This is an involuntary auto-suggestion. Her fears become emotionalized and subjected thoughts pictures become the reality. How could dink singer able to overcome the force of her negatives auto-suggestion. She succeeded this by countering them with a positive suggestion. What she did was three times a day should bend alone and acquired room she sat down comfortably in a chair, she relax your body and close her eyes. She prepared for mind and body as best she could. Physical activity favors mental positivity and renders the mind more receptive to suggestions. To beat the fear suggestion, she repeated to herself, "I sing beautifully, I am confident and calm. At each sitting, she repeated this statement slowly, quietly, and with feeling five to ten times. she said 3 times, a day one waking up in the morning, afternoon, and before sleeping. After, one week she was completely confident. she gave a wonderful audition and was part of the cast. so, to overcome negative suggestions you can also take these kinds of steps ........
