 How to stop overthinking and negative thoughts

Are you suffering from lack of sleep, you cannot focus your studying or working or you can't do anywork properly. then, you might be suffering from overthinking problem.

STEPS TO AVOID OVERTHIKING:

  • AWARENESS IS THE BEGGINING OF CHANGE:

Before you can begin to address or cope up with your habit of overthinking , you need learn to be aware of it when its happening , Any time you find yourself doubting or feeling stressed  or anxious , step back and look at the situation and how you are responding .In that moment of awareness is the seed of the change you want to make.

  • DON'T THINK OF WHAT GO WRONG , BUT YOU COULD THINK WHAT CAN GO RIGHT .

In many cases, overthinking is caused by a single emotions : FEAR .when you focus on all the negative things that might happen  , it's easy to become paralyzed,. next time, when you sense that starting spiral in that direction ,strop. realize all the things that can go right and keep thoughts present and up front.

  • LET GO OF THE PAST .

If you focus on the past, expending energy on what ifs "and "should haves". those who understand how to stop overthinking know the only thing you can change is the meaning you give to it. letting go of the past means you don't let your mistakes control your future decisions, and you don't let bad things that have been done to you control your emotions . you forgive others and let go of the anger. it's one of the significant ways you can change your story.

  • KEEP YOURSELF BUSY:

The people tend to be happier when they are kept busy, as this prevents them from thinking about the negative things in life specially selecting activities that are highly engaging and positive ,so that they effectively shift you attention from overthinking.

eg :Exercising , taking hot shower , doing puzzels, watching a movie , playing games or any other type of healthy activity will that you find helpful.

  • LOUD MUSIC 

When so much noise , it disturbs thinking , so you can't think. people feel more relief.


if you are alone and thinking that you don't have any friend, even if you  have they all are fake , they don't five you much time or importance.so, it's fine , its better to have nothing than having something which is fake and unreal. if you're someone who always do good to others , stand with them when they need you , but when you need someone , nobody shows up , its tooo fine . loneliness makes a person self independent and strong . just leave others and start focusing on yourself . start developing yourself .work on you're personality. improve it ,convert your negative thoughts into positive one .
