one should be strong in these four because these are the pillars of life to be strong. so, keep it strong always.

Learn from those who already did it. for Eg:

If you need to run a hotel, then, you should learn the tips or experience from the person who already had invested his 25 years or his life towards that business, because, it will help you to learn quickly and grasp more things with his experience.

Like this, In which field, your loving to explore yourself learn the things from the same field person those who had successfully run. They are your mentors. They will give you success in Fastrack.

unless you push yourself, you are not going to make your dreams come true.

A one-way road, of which destination is your dream, The road is not so easy, you have to overcome those obstacles t reach your destination, and to overcome those obstacles you will need proper dedication.

USE YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS  MIND POWER :

You may be surprised to know that starting from atomic structure to modern periodic table, theory of relativity, and even sewing machine was discovered with the help of information attained from dreams while sleeping.

Every day when going to sleep, just before use falls asleep, whatever thing in your mind straight goes to your subconscious mind without any processing of the conscious. And now it is also proven scientifically, that the subconscious mind's power is unlimited. 

 so just before you fall asleep every night, if you can think about your goals in life, why  I'm not successful, or relationship, or income ., write it down on paper and go asleep.

After that, your subconscious mind will keep on searching for the answer the whole night. This can be very much helpful to achieve your goals in life. 

 VALUE YOUR DECISION  :

We all have to take thousands of big or small decisions every day. It starts from what to eat for breakfast to which dress should I wear today. we have to take a lot of decisions every day. All these decisions affect your willpower either directly or indirectly. Maybe your last year resolution was to lose your weight or build your last year's resolution was to lose your weight or build 6 packs or t learn to play the keyboard but at the end of the year you ended up with an even larger tummy and the keyboard gathering dust on it. The main reason why so happened was that you hadn't paid enough attention to the small decision you made every day. so, value each decision equally and choose only those which will help you to achieve your goals in life.

ASK YOUR OWN OPINION:

Maybe you want to start a dancing class. so you asked a few people about their opinion among them, 8 out 10 people of motivating t start. so first of all discard all those illogical people opinion who doesn't even know abcd about the dance class and ask your opinion first, " AM I READY FOR IT ", Can I  Become successful at it ? . If the answer you get "yes" then start your journey immediately to fulfil your dreams. but, if the answer you get is NO, then look for the possible ways, how you can turn that NO into  YES. As this is your dream so the opinion that should matter most is your opinion only.

WINNERS NEVER MAKES EXCUSES.:

You may think or say that from now on, I'm going to start my diet, but after 2 to 3 days, we may forget that we are diets and we will eat our favourites, for this we have a day called "cheat day ", This kind of excuses we give to ourselves just to make fool of ourselves.

What is stopping you from achieving your goals in life?

time, energy, money, or is it you? you are making fool of yourself by giving different kinds of excuses that are nothing but pure lies. And only truth can stop the lie. And the truth is you have enough time, energy, willpower, knowledge, and support to fulfil your dreams.

DON'T QUIT UNTIL IT'S FINISHED:

For instance, when you decide to start losing your weight, you continued the session for 4 to 5 weeks, and then you will have a question that I'm continuously working hard to lose my weight, but I didn't .you think that may be this is not working for me ., and you leave that workout process. so, you need to understand that to achieve something not only hard work but also time is required, not everything can be achieved within a second. Maybe if you continue the workout for 5 to 6 months then you would see visible results in you. But 5 to 6 months then you would see visible results in you. But your mind didn't want to wait, so you give up. don't give up until you achieve your dreams.

Reward yourself every step forward you take. you are awesome. you are making the best life possible. the best way of rewarding yourself is by praise yourself for the positive action you have taken.
